What we look for: Account Manager Fintech

Your role in 30 seconds: The Account Manager Fintech is responsible for the business development portfolio with Fintech and platform partners in the Central European payments industry. The role strongly focused on solution design, digital development, business case design as well as customer negotiations and implementation. Furthermore, the development of customer relationships, the regional business development strategy as well as the long-term customer development is key element of the role. The role is directly connected to the Central European divisional leadership and includes the management of a small and agile business development team.

As the position is set for growth it require business acumen, market insights as well as strong subject matter expertise in digital payments-related products in order to help deliver digital products and solutions suiting the local market needs.

Besides being a self-starter that easily connects with our partners you need to have a technological mindset and the willingness to go the extra mile with our clients to create compelling payment solutions.

You will be joining a growing team and the growth of our people is at the center of our attention we are seeking a strong team player with the ability to grow into a people leadership role.

Things you do as an Account Manager Fintech:
  • Grow and progress with our clients by managing your accounts P&L by defining strategy, setting goals and executing on it in close collaboration with the Central European Divisional Management.
  • Drive solution design, sales and product delivery in a highly competitive, fast changing environment
  • Develop and support implementation of country-wide go-to-market plans, including product positioning, key benefits, and target customer for the Local digital solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with our Fintech and platform clients! Business Development pipeline development and execution. Management of customers as well as internal stakeholders to successfully design, build and implement customer solutions
  • Build compelling solutions! Be responsible for the design, launch and management of our positioning and work with the customer and technical solution architects as well as product managers on the product roadmap to fit the market needs.
  • Proactively manage new partnership idea pipeline that anticipates and/or responds new technological trends as well as eco system stakeholder needs and competitive threats
  • Create business cases, implementation, end to end operational and support processes, and product roadmaps for concepts under development
  • Manage program constructs in the market, packaging the findings and enabling acceptance teams to scale the outcome
  • Close & Scale! Ensure growth and tactical targets are reached
  • Continuous development and execution of strategic framework for the Polish cluster market
  • Background in technology / e-/m-Commerce
  • Location: Munich / Frankfurt / Berlin

You will be based in Munich, Frankfurt or Berlin and will need to travel
