Senior Business Analyst in Software Development (m/f/d)

What does a successful Business Analyst do:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the software development cycle, analyze complex processes, conceptualize client requirements in Output Management Systems, create concept documents, coordinate customer acceptance, and collaborate with remote development teams in Nuremberg and Bad Homburg.

What you will do:

• Participate in the entire software development cycle, including requirement analysis, specifications, architecture, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and application decommission.
• Develop concept documents, gather estimations, and design comprehensive test procedures.
• Conceptualize and translate client and regulatory requirements within the Output Management Systems domain.
• Analyze complex processes and technologically diverse application landscapes to ensure efficient solutions.
• Coordinate and secure acceptance from end customers for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with distributed development teams located in Nuremberg and Bad Homburg to ensure seamless project delivery.

What you will need to have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
• Fluent German and English.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.

What would be nice to have:

• Prior experience in banking or credit card industry is highly advantageous..

Gesucht wird ein erfahrener Senior Business Analyst (m/w/d), der den gesamten Softwareentwicklungszyklus begleitet, komplexe Prozesse analysiert, Anforderungen von Kunden im Bereich Output Management Systems konzipiert, Konzeptdokumente erstellt, die Kundenakzeptanz koordiniert und mit verteilten Entwicklungsteams in Nürnberg und Bad Homburg zusammenarbeitet.

Wichtige Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Unterstützung des gesamten Softwareentwicklungszyklus, von der Anforderungsanalyse über Spezifikationen, Architektur, Design, Implementierung, Test, Dokumentation bis hin zur Stilllegung von Anwendungen.
• Erstellung von Konzeptdokumenten, Erfassung von Schätzungen und Beschreibung umfassender Testverfahren.
• Analyse komplexer Prozesse in einer technologisch heterogenen Anwendungs-umgebungen.
• Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von Kunden- und regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich Output Management Systems.
• Koordination und Erlangung der Akzeptanz durch Endkunden für vorgeschlagene Lösungen.
• Effektive Zusammenarbeit mit verteilten Entwicklungsteams in Nürnberg und Bad Homburg zur Gewährleistung nahtloser Projektabwicklung.

Qualifikationen und Anforderungen:

• Bachelor-Abschluss von einer akkreditierten Universität.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst in der Softwareentwicklung.
• Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Starke analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
• Erfahrung in der Banken- oder Kreditkartenbranche von Vorteil.
• Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Projektdurchführung.
• Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in einem teamorientierten Umfeld.
• Verständnis der Methoden des Softwareentwicklungslebenszyklus.
