One of our corporate clients cosnova GmbH is looking for a Key Account Manager Asia (m/f/d). Your Tasks
  • Develop and execute a regional business development strategy aligned with corporate objectives to drive brand performance across the region
  • Create and lead tailored business plans for each market, identifying key growth levers, commercial opportunities, and local challenges
  • Own and track commercial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on sales KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making
  • Select, onboard, and manage high-performing distribution partners and key accounts, ensuring excellence in execution and brand representation
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity, and sell-out performance to adjust strategies and optimize brand positioning
  • Partner with Global and Regional Marketing teams to localize brand campaigns, launches, and go‑to‑market plans, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum impact
  • Provide strategic and operational support to partners, including training, trade tools, merchandising guidance, and promotional planning
  • Lead regular market visits and business reviews with distributors and retail partners; actively represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and forums
  • Ensure compliance with all local legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements across markets
Your Profile
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international sales, key account management, or business development in the beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industry
  • Proven track record of driving commercial success in international markets, especially strong distributor management and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution abilities and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluency in English; Additional knowledge of the local languages is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region
