As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our services over the phone. Working in the Sales department, your duties will include prospecting, sending commercial offers, and managing client relationships.

• Make outbound calls to promote our products and services.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Take orders and ensure effective follow-up.
• Retain existing customers by providing excellent service.

• Previous experience in telesales or customer service.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in French and English; German and Luxembourgish are assets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to achieve and exceed set objectives (KPIs).
