Join our Restaurant Team as a Bartender, where you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a Relais & Chateaux property, also recognized by Forbes, Michelin (Two Keys), AAA 4-Diamond, and T&L’s World’s Best Hotel.

1. Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards is delivered at all times.
2. Prepare a wide range of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and other beverages and adhere to guest special requests.
3. Service of guests seated at the bar and preparation of beverages for In-Room Dining orders.
4. Use of Silverware Point of Sale system.
5. Thorough knowledge of cocktails and ability to develop new recipes around a creative cocktail program.
6. Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the Bar.
7. Inventory control & ordering.
8. Assist with Wine Cellar organization.
9. Work in a team environment and assist in The Pointe Restaurant as required.
10. Balance end of day financial transactions.

1. Willingness to learn in a team environment while striving to exceed Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.
2. Previous experience in a fast-paced bar and fine dining or high-end restaurant setting.
3. Thorough knowledge of food, wine, beer, cocktails, port, scotch and other spirits.
4. An appreciation for detail and exceptional guest service.
5. Professionalism and positive attitude.
6. A calm, polite and composed demeanor.
7. Valid Serving It Right Certification.
8. A desire to contribute exciting and innovative ideas towards the ongoing improvement of The Pointe Restaurant and the Wickaninnish Inn as a whole.
9. Self-motivation in learning extensively about wines and spirits.
10. A mutual understanding of your employment duration will be determined during your interview.
