Job summary

Un restaurant populaire à Toronto recherche un gestionnaire expérimenté pour superviser les opérations, gérer le personnel et optimiser le budget. Le candidat idéal possédera un baccalauréat, au moins 5 ans d'expérience et les certifications nécessaires. Il/elle devra analyser les budgets et s'assurer que les normes de santé et de sécurité sont respectées.

Qualifications

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion ou un environnement similaire.
  • Certificat Smart Serve requis.
  • Certificat de manipulation sécuritaire des aliments requis.

Responsibilities

  • Analyser le budget pour optimiser les profits du restaurant.
  • Développer des budgets pour les coûts des aliments et des fournitures.
  • Surveiller les revenus pour déterminer le coût du travail.

  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
