Harvest Food & Drink is seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team for the upcoming summer season. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness of all tools and work areas.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for customer purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; assist with restocking as needed.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all products served.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours while managing time effectively.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista.
• Strong math skills for cash handling and basic calculations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is a plus.
