Job summary
A leading outdoor apparel company is seeking a Territory Manager to lead brand initiatives in Ontario and Manitoba. This role involves managing relationships with retailers, ensuring brand presence, and driving sales through strategic planning and training. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of sales experience in outdoor sales, and strong relationship-building skills. The estimated salary range is CAD$82,000 - CAD$102,000, with additional bonus potential.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in outdoor sales or related industry.
- Ability to sell, influence, and negotiate.
- Strong analytical ability and strategic planning experience.
Responsibilities
- Translate seasonal strategy to sell-in and marketing plans.
- Train retail staff on brand promise and product specifics.
- Manage orderbook to ensure fulfillment and sales opportunities.
- Travel for sales and brand education (30-40% travel commitment).
