Job summary
A food service establishment in Kelowna is looking for a qualified individual to supervise staff and ensure food quality standards are met. The role requires establishing work schedules, training staff, and maintaining records. Candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. The position is on-site with no remote work options.

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience required.
Responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
