- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Life Sciences.
- 10–15 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst, including 6 years in a Central Lab or Clinical Trials environment.
- Deep understanding of business applications and client requirements in a regulated setting.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and managing data in complex systems.
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with PowerBI to translate datasets into dynamic visualizations and insights.
- Knowledge of lab data structures, enterprise platforms, and clinical research workflows.
