What you do

The Contract Analyst, Identity and End User is responsible for the commercial, contractual, and licensing oversight of the End User & Identity cost centers. This role goes beyond contract analysis by serving as the commercial and operational bridge between Finance/Procurement and the technical delivery organizations (Engineering, Architecture, and SRE). The Analyst ensures that contracts, licensing, and vendor engagements are data-driven, cost-optimized, and aligned with how services are actually built, run, and experienced.

  • Act as the commercial and operational bridge between Finance/Procurement and technical delivery teams
  • Analyze cost center spend and identify overlapping or redundant services for consolidation
  • Track license utilization vs entitlements and propose right-sizing or SKU rationalization
  • Review and maintain vendor contracts, renewals, and amendments while identifying risks
  • Submit, manage, and track procurement workflows (PIFs, ITPRs, Contract Intake Forms)
  • Coordinate Vendor Assessment Questionnaires (VAQs) with Cyber, Privacy, and Legal
  • Maintain a unified pipeline of requests and proactively flag renewals
  • Report on contract status, spend, vendor performance, and consolidation opportunities
  • Partner with Engineering & Architecture for roadmap and utilization insights
  • Partner with SRE to validate service performance and vendor SLA compliance
What you bring
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, procurement, vendor management, or a similar role within a technical environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience negotiating contracts, tracking and enforcing vendor SLAs as well as license utilizations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including budgeting and forecasting skills and variance investigations
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Planview, Excel and PowerBI
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to think strategically and identify long-term cost-saving opportunities
  • Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work independently while managing priorities effectively
