You are an experienced Program Reporting Analyst with 5+ years of post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.

Job Description
  • Develop regular and ad hoc reports from concept to completion and use insight to identify the best format and data interpretation to present and communicate to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and Power BI dashboards for project performance metrics.
  • Design real‑time and near real‑time dashboards to monitor construction progress by work package, including filtering and export capabilities.
  • Create dashboards to track cost health with comparisons against multiple forecasts and baseline budgets.
  • Develop schedule health dashboards comparing current performance to multiple baselines and what‑if scenarios.
  • Analyze trends in cost, schedule, and risk to identify emerging issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support predictive analytics, forecasting, and scenario modeling to enable proactive decision‑making.
  • Build and maintain near real‑time dashboards for risk exposure, contingency status, and mitigation progress.
  • Display leading indicators, trends, and forecasts related to project progress and costs.
  • Automate data pipelines, refresh processes, and reporting workflows using Power BI and related tools.
  • Collaborate with functional leads and stakeholders to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and system integration.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and customized reports to support executive and operational decision‑making.
Qualifications
  • Recognized degree in Computer/Data Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Proven minimum 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar data analytics role.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization.
  • Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Experience integrating SQL‑based and cloud data sources into Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Data Lakehouse architecture and concepts (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, Delta/Parquet formats, medallion architecture).
  • Experience working with large, structured and semi‑structured datasets in a Lakehouse environment.
  • Experience building real‑time or near real‑time dashboards using multiple data sources.
  • Solid understanding of project controls concepts such as cost, schedule, forecasting, risk, and baselines.
  • Experience with data automation, ETL/ELT processes, and report deployment.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Experience in Construction projects and Project Controls is an asset.
