A community support organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a divisional leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent, along with 3-5 years of experience in an executive office environment. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential correspondence. This role combines professionalism and organization with a focus on maintaining strong relationships within the team.

Excluded Band 1: Position starts at $64272 - $74877 annually (paid hourly for hours worked)

As the Executive Assistant you will be providing a full range of administrative and confidential support to a divisional leadership team as directed by a Vice President.
You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’re the kind of person who brings professionalism organization and technical know-how to every task and understand the importance of handling confidential and sensitive information with tact diplomacy and sound judgment. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have a knack for juggling shifting priorities and emerging issues. Above all you’re a trusted partner who builds strong positive relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
