We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Construction Management Operations to lead and manage our Construction Management Operations team. Reporting to the Executive Vice-President and Market Lead, Rail Transit Delivery Systems and Construction Management, the Sr. Director is accountable for all operational performance and business activities within the Construction Management practice, ensuring the high standards of technical construction management services and client satisfaction. Key measures of success for this role shall be meeting chargeability objectives and sales target, delivering as sold, ensuring overall staff compliance and buy-in with processes, ensuring technical quality and excellence within the Practice and Global Technology Center (GTC) utilization combined with a people focus. This role will serve as the functional leader for construction management professionals and their teams, providing governance, mentorship, and oversight. This is a high‑impact role that blends leadership, operational excellence, and cross‑functional collaboration.
