Job summary

A leading company in Canada is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO by managing multiple priorities, coordinating activities, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience supporting senior management, along with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with Senior Management in a related role.
  • A certificate in project management is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all activities within the Office of the CEO.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Manage calendar, contacts, meetings, travel etc.
  • Compose correspondence from general instructions.
  • Coordinate meetings including agenda preparation.
