Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s office, coordinating meetings with stakeholders, and preparing reports. Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in executive support. Qualifications

  • 8 - 10 years’ supporting a senior executive.
  • Experience supporting a Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Compose confidential correspondence and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings for the President & CEO.
  • Maintain the President & CEO’s calendar.
  • Prepare board reporting materials.
  • Assist with corporate events.

Education
