A leading health solutions company is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support across various business activities. This role demands attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage inquiries confidently. Candidates should possess a diploma in Office Administration and 3–5 years of experience in a professional environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office are essential. This is a six-month hybrid contract based in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON.

The Administrative Coordinator provides exceptional administrative support to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the day‑to‑day operations of Zahn Canada in the areas of Equipment, Technology and CAD/CAM with Henry Schein Canada. As a team‑oriented self‑starter who thrives on attention to detail, the Coordinator delivers a wide range of administrative support services to meet the needs and expectations across various business activities. The Coordinator demonstrates a high degree of discretion, confidentiality and can diplomatically handle inquiries from both internal and external parties.
*This is a six‑month contract position, based out of our Niagara‑on‑the‑Lake, ON location. Hybrid with 1‑2 days on‑site per week.
You have a diploma or certificate in Office Administration (or equivalent experience) and 3–5 years of success in a fast‑paced, professional environment. You bring strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, with intermediate Excel capabilities. Experience with reporting and data analysis is considered an asset. You excel in delivering clear written and verbal communication with a strong customer‑focused approach.
