As Staff Housing Maintenance, you ensure our employee community has safe, well-maintained, and comfortable homes. In this hybrid, hands‑on, and highly independent role, you combine technical maintenance expertise with strong coordination, planning, and problem‑solving abilities. You take ownership of housing operations, respond confidently to urgent issues, and bring clarity and structure to a dynamic environment.
This role is rooted in critical thinking, independence, and steady task focus. You thrive when solving problems directly, calmly, and with minimal supervision. Whether repairing, inspecting, prioritizing requests, or planning preventative programs, you work with quiet confidence, ensuring our Heartists feel supported, safe, and cared for at home.
