You will work directly with MEDFAR’s cofounders (CEO and CPTO) and collaborate with leaders across Product, Systems, Finance, Sales, and Onboarding to ensure that every decision from product design to client billing is informed by accurate, timely, and actionable data.

Your mission is to architect the next generation of Sisense dashboards that power both customer-facing analytics and internal operational intelligence. You will synthesize complex data sources, uncover user and business trends, and deliver insights that strengthen product adoption, optimize client operations, and enhance revenue reporting accuracy.

You’ll have the support of MEDFAR’s Data Governance team, including a dedicated data engineer, as you help shape a unified analytics environment that’s more powerful, intuitive, and impactful.

What You’ll Do
  • Dashboard Architecture & Delivery
  • Design, build, and maintain Sisense dashboards that serve both client needs and internal operational insights for product and business reporting.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into cohesive, scalable Sisense solutions that are accurate, efficient, and visually clear.
  • Continuously refine existing dashboards and analytics structures to create a next‑generation framework that is simpler to use, faster to load, and easier to maintain.
  • Collaborate with the data governance team to optimize data queries and visualization logic to ensure the highest performance and reliability.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, Systems, Finance, Sales, and Onboarding teams to connect product usage data with operational and commercial metrics.
  • Develop reporting frameworks that ensure usage and activation data align with client contracts and revenue reporting.
  • Partner with Product and UX teams to interpret user behavior, measure feature adoption, and guide product roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to deliver dashboards supporting marketing performance, sales effectiveness, and onboarding visibility.
  • Data Strategy & Analytics
  • Collaborate with the data governance team to optimize SQL queries and warehouse extractors to support BI pipelines efficiently.
  • Apply solid statistical reasoning to validate hypotheses, evaluate trends, and quantify the impact of business and product decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to MEDFAR’s data governance standards for quality, consistency, and compliance (including healthcare regulations).
  • Client Engagement
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure dashboards function seamlessly in their environments and deliver the insights they need.
  • Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting to help clients interpret their data effectively.
  • Act as MEDFAR’s internal and external Sisense authority, promoting best practices for usability, scalability, and maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product insights.
  • Proficient in Sisense (experience building Sisense dashboards is a strong asset).
  • Familiar with SQL and data warehousing, modeling, ETL processes, cubes, and extractors.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation.
  • Comfortable working across multiple business functions and communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and curious — you turn data into actionable stories.
  • Bilingual French and English is required.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Experience in healthcare technology, EHR systems, or SaaS analytics.
  • Familiarity with usage‑based reporting and financial reconciliation.
  • Exposure to data governance or cross‑system integration initiatives.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent, full time (40 h/week)
  • Hybrid work mode
  • Candidates must reside in the province of Quebec.
Why join MEDFAR (QC & BC)?
  • Remote work and flexibility (supporting work‑life balance)
  • RRSP contribution
  • Healthcare insurance from day one
  • Paid time off: 3 weeks + 1 additional week between Christmas and New Year
  • Annual training allowance ($1,500) to support your professional development
  • An onboarding program to help you get familiar with our environment and the digital healthcare field
  • All IT equipment is provided, with additional gear if needed
  • Internal growth opportunities (promotions, internal mobility)
