In this role, you will
- Own the go‑forward strategy for internal content tooling for content practitioners, starting with our core editorial teams; define the north star, success metrics, and phased delivery plan
- Lead discovery to capture requirements, document pain points, and collaborate with Content Solutions, globalization/localization partners, and language/authoring specialists to prioritize platform features that simplify authoring flows and improve E2E transparency for creators, designers, and linguists
- Drive deprecation of legacy content tooling and orchestrate migrations to modern platforms with minimal disruption to production workflows
- Evaluate synergies between text and attribute content services; identify where to streamline or bolster attribute‑service capabilities to increase test velocity and reduce recurring support needed to maintain service stability
- Run proofs of concept for backend‑focused (non‑traveler‑facing) text and attribute workstreams that unlock foundational platform improvements and future feature options
- Partner closely with language/authoring specialists and semantic modeling experts, Program Management, and Content Practitioners to groom, define, prioritize, and socialize new feature implementations
- Craft and maintain roadmaps that sequence interlocking platform enhancements across services and tools; communicate tradeoffs and timelines crisply to engineering and content stakeholders
- Support engineering teams with agile, outcome‑oriented prioritization; facilitate in‑person knowledge sessions, and ensure dual transparency across Engineering and Content Solutions on objectives, progress, and launch readiness
- Provide tactical product ownership (with Engineering and Content Practitioners) for feature development and launches across text and attribute content
Compétences minimales requises

Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of product management experience (or equivalent)
- Proven track record leading discovery and delivery for complex internal user workflows; skilled at translating practitioner pain points into simple, scalable platform capabilities and clear acceptance criteria
- Experience with service‑oriented and API‑first products; comfort partnering deeply with engineering to shape backend‑focused improvements and platform migrations
- Strong data orientation: fluent in defining success metrics, instrumenting experiences, analyzing experiments, and using qualitative/quantitative evidence to prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align engineers, designers, linguists, and operational teams around a crisp problem definition, roadmap, and launch plan
- Education: 5+ years Bachelor’s or 3+ years Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent related professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in content platforms and experiences
- Familiarity with content quality systems, localization/globalization workflows, or semantic/knowledge‑based content services
- Experience using AI solutions to improve workflows and improve platforms and APIs
- Understanding of taxonomy and content classification and platforms that power them
- Bilingual in French and English preferred
The total cash range for this position in Montreal is $108,500.00 to $152,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $173,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
