Here at Hologic, we are seeking a talented Surgical Sales Specialist (SSS) to join our Surgical division specifically, our GYN portfolio in Southwestern Ontario - Golden Horseshoe.

Surgical Sales Specialists at Hologic are responsible for promoting and selling our innovative Breast Surgery solutions to healthcare professionals. You will do this by exceeding sales targets, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and educating healthcare professionals on our products and clinical outcomes. To be successful you must have the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

Knowledge

• You will have exemplary commercial acumen enabling you to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders contributing to Hologic’s growth and mission.
• You will understand how to navigate CRM tools to document sales activities, manage accounts, and ensure accurate data.
• You will have the financial acumen to establish and control territory operation budgets.
• You will gather market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies to inform sales tactics.

Skills

• We want to see your proven, successful track record in sales/marketing ideally within the healthcare/medical device industry.
• Providing daily in-person case support for our products in a clinical setting.
• Partnering with marketing to create and implement promotional programs for targeted regional customers and decision makers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and clinical support, to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Minimum Expectations:

• B.A/B.S from an accredited university or college in Business, Life sciences, or a related field.
• Extensive driving during workdays and occasional evenings, with a valid driving license and satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to travel overnight (2-3x/week) extensively within the assigned territory.
• Territory covers Southwestern Ontario - Golden Horseshoe.
• Physical capability to lift a 25-pound piece of equipment.
