Ideal candidates will have significant experience in primary market research and excel in collaboration and project management. The position offers a hybrid workplace and a competitive compensation package, acknowledging the diverse needs of its workforce.

The Global Brand Insights team is a trusted partner in shaping long and short-range brand building strategies. We collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across brand, community, impact, and guest experience to design, manage, and deliver consumer, competitive, and cultural insights that inform strategic decisions.
Our work includes qualitative and quantitative research, both primary and secondary, to understand behaviors, perceptions, values, and attitudes of lululemon’s current and potential guests, measure brand equity across global markets, and evaluate brand performance over time.
The Global Brand Insights Manager leads Quantitative Research and lululemon’s Global Brand Tracking programs, delivering actionable insights that empower Global and Regional Brand teams (including brand management, creative, sports marketing, community, PR, SB&I, and brand experience), as well as Enterprise Strategy, Channel, and Product teams. These insights enable short-, mid-, and long-range strategies grounded in a deep understanding of the marketplace and the long-term impact of brand initiatives.
