• Leverage vAuto and PBS to track performance, streamline operations, and uncover opportunities.
• Champion a customer-first culture from the showroom floor to the final handshake.
• Keep a pulse on market trends, industry insights, and the competition.
• Work hand-in-hand with finance, service, and marketing to deliver a seamless dealership experience.
• Hit the road for brand training and development when needed—because growth never stops.

What You Bring

You are a motivator, strategist, and Buick/GMC enthusiast who knows how to lead a team and keep customers coming back.

• Proven track record of success in automotive sales management, including new and pre-owned.
• Experience working with premium brands or luxury clientele is a definite plus.
• Skilled in vAuto and PBS—or ready to become a power user.
• Strong knowledge of digital retailing, online merchandising, and marketing trends.
• A true passion for vehicles and a deep appreciation for the Buick/GMC brand.
• Analytical mindset—you love turning data into decisions.
• Willingness to travel for training and professional development.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
