A local restaurant in Strathmore, Alberta, is seeking an experienced manager to oversee operations, develop budgets, and ensure compliance with health regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to supervise a team of 16-20 staff. This position requires on-site work, and the candidate must have a secondary school graduation certificate.
Qualifications
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial analysis.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team of 16-20 people.
Responsabilités
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits.
- Develop budget to determine cost of food and supplies.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
