We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead client projects with clarity, organization, and impact. You’ll guide timelines, budgets, and deliverables across a range of initiatives, ensuring projects move forward smoothly and outcomes align with client goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys collaborating across teams, and can balance structure with adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client projects across sectors, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards
  • Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Oversee project finances and support responsibilities within the PQMS framework
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and scopes of work in collaboration with Project Directors and VPs
  • Track project budgets, resources, and reporting requirements
  • Facilitate internal coordination and cross‑functional collaboration across teams
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and deliverables that communicate progress and results
  • Support proposal development, scoping, and business development activities as needed
  • Anticipate challenges, resolve roadblocks, and keep projects on track
  • Coach and support junior staff and contribute to a positive, accountable team culture
Your Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience managing projects in consulting, agency, government, or professional services settings
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator; confident leading meetings and client conversations
  • Skilled in project management tools, workflows, and best practices
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to align teams and keep work moving forward
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and project reporting
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or a related role
  • PMP Certificate is an asset
  • Experience working with government, non‑profits, or businesses on complex initiatives
  • Strong planning, problem‑solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to balance details with big‑picture outcomes
  • Calm, steady presence under deadlines and shifting priorities
