We’re partnering with a top-tier construction management firm that’s redefining how projects get built. They’re looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager ready to take the lead on large-scale tenant improvement and base build projects while growing within a supportive, forward-thinking team.
Our client is an established construction management and general contracting company with a reputation for transforming the construction experience through a partnership approach, aiming to inspire and improve both the industry and the communities they serve. They focus on base build and tenant improvement (TI) projects with values up to $15–$20M. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to clients and continuously seeking ways to improve both as a company and within the industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to work closely with the leadership and project management team. The company invests in its staff, supporting growth and development, with clear pathways to take on your own smaller projects or advance into a Project Manager role. This position is ideal for someone technically capable who wants hands-on experience executing tenant improvement projects typically ranging up to $10M+.
The Senior Project Manager will support the Project Management team on a variety of projects across sectors including education, childcare, technology, food & beverage, recreation, and more. Responsibilities will include working on multi-story TI projects for large, globally recognized companies, splitting time between site, office, and home. This role provides exposure to both the technical and operational sides of project delivery.
