As part of this transformation, we’re seeking a Talent Attraction Manager to lead our British Columbia campus recruitment team! In this role, you will manage the development, planning, and execution of the campus recruitment strategy for this BC with a focus on supporting our Audit, Tax and Advisory functions. You will oversee the campus recruitment team on key programs and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders within this important region. You will be working with the Campus Recruiting Partner, National Campus Recruitment team and applicable business partners, along with contacts at universities, colleges and other community organizations.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute a strategy to identify top Co-op, Intern and Graduate talent from campus to staff Audit, Tax and Advisory teams throughout British Columbia
  • Represent BC on campus by engaging prospective students to participate in programs and events
  • Oversee and assist in the execution of the full cycle recruitment process (screen, interview, select, offer and onboarding) of intern, co-op and new graduate and in some instances, post-graduate hiring, including management of the full process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Work closely with the leadership team to set hiring targets and monitor entry- level staffing requirements to ensure resourcing needs are being met along with reporting on results
  • Partner closely with our business throughout the talent attraction process to provide consistent communication and incredible client service
  • Leverage your strong leadership skills by managing our BC campus school teams, as well as providing coaching and performance management to the BC Campus team
  • Lead the compliance and quality assurance aspects of campus recruitment, ensuring all processes align with KPMG’s Standards of Quality Management
  • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional Talent Attraction team to deliver on campus strategy
  • Monitor industry talent strategies and developments in broader campus recruitment best practices so that they can be adopted at KPMG
  • Travel to attend events, information sessions, or training sessions is required
  • At times, business needs arise, and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal workday or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need extra time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.
What You Bring To The Role
  • Post-graduate education in a relevant field HR, Business, Marketing etc.
  • CPA designation an asset
  • 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment
  • Proven Performance Management skills, with the ability to successfully mentor, coach and motivate direct reports along with the larger campus school teams
  • Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail demonstrated through previous experience in event planning and/or multi- stakeholder projects
  • Confidence in public speaking, facilitating group sessions and networking
  • Excellent communication, diplomacy, negotiation skills, and ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $111,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
