Are you a logistics leader ready to take charge of a fast-paced, high-impact warehouse operation? We’re looking for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead a team, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence in a thriving 3PL Distribution and Transportation environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet performance goals.
• Implement and improve warehouse processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Optimize workflows and drive efficiency using Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, space utilization, and process enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

• 5 + years of proven experience managing warehouse operations in a distribution or 3PL setting.
