Job summary
A leading materials company is looking for a Plant Manager in St. Albert responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of asphalt and concrete plants. The role includes ensuring safety and quality, managing maintenance, and leading a team. Strong industry experience and technical knowledge required. This position offers a negotiable salary and various benefits including a vehicle allowance and retirement plan.

Qualifications
- Must have extensive industry experience in a supervisory position or an equivalent combination of technical education and industry experience.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Command Alkon, MINDS software, MS Office, and JDE.
Responsibilities
- Drive safety performance across Business Units by managing the HSE Program.
- Support continuous production to meet business objectives by developing and overseeing production and maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate with Business Unit Superintendents to plan and execute preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance.
