Qualifications

• Must have extensive industry experience in a supervisory position or an equivalent combination of technical education and industry experience.
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Command Alkon, MINDS software, MS Office, and JDE.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety performance across Business Units by managing the HSE Program.
• Support continuous production to meet business objectives by developing and overseeing production and maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate with Business Unit Superintendents to plan and execute preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance.
