If you are passionate about plant improvement, have excellent attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative team environment, then this is the job for you! As the Breeding Manager, you will support the breeding program by coordinating breeding activities, maintaining accurate records of crosses and progeny, and monitoring plant performance in greenhouse and field environments. You will assist with data collection, manage sample logistics, and ensure that breeding materials are tracked and inventoried correctly in the ERP system.
You will work closely with the breeding and R&D teams, helping to advance new cultivars through the pipeline and ensuring smooth communication across program activities. You will also participate in R&D meetings and are expected to deliver clear progress updates and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
