We are looking for a personable, self-motivated, and reliable individual to host and maintain an atmosphere of calmness and relaxation at our center. Our Front Desk staff is the face of Art of Sauna and is responsible for:

1. Greeting visitors and employees courteously and catering to their special requests, needs, and complaints.
2. Booking and scheduling appointments efficiently and fairly.
3. Providing guests with facility information and recommendations if needed.
4. Maintaining a professional presence at the front desk, answering the phone, and coordinating appointments.
5. Utilizing effective communication skills to promote the Spa's services and products.
6. Handling multi-line phone systems and answering emails daily.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience at a spa or salon.
2. Proficient in Excel and Word.
3. Refined verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
5. Ability to handle situations with minimal supervision.
