  • Ability to type 25 words per min with 90% accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (office and web browsers)
  • Pass account specific exams based on training materials delivered
  • 6 months call center experience is an asset
  • 6 months – 1 year of customer experience
  • Ability to work full time M-F 9am – 9pm
  • Background clearance etc.
  • Pass a language assessment
  • Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies

  • The base salary range for this position is $16.50 (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
