  • Define and execute the data strategy and roadmap for the Customer Experience, Marketing and Products division.
  • Create value-added analyses for clients, advisors, and internal teams.
  • Build a holistic vision of the customer experience to identify actionable levers that maximize engagement and retention.
  • Enhance data capabilities to support business priorities.
  • Develop dashboards, update key performance indicators (KPIs), and create data environments and governance processes in collaboration with the Data Governance and Analytics team, ensuring alignment with business needs.
