• Guide new representatives throughout the integration process by assessing their needs and providing tailored solutions;

• Prepare and coordinate required documentation, ensuring compliance and registration with regulatory authorities;

• Monitor timelines, organize follow-up meetings, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders;

• Use digital tools (Office 365, SharePoint) to document steps, share information, and optimize processes;

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide mentorship to new team members.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a university degree in administration or a related field;

• Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;

• Is recognized for strong interpersonal skills, the ability to explain complex information, organizational rigor, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and analytical thinking;

• Possesses advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written, as the role involves daily interactions with French‑speaking colleagues and advisors;

• Possesses advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as the role involves daily interactions with English‑speaking colleagues and advisors;

• Is proficient with digital tools (Office 365, SharePoint) and has solid knowledge of financial products; CFIC certification and familiarity with Lean/Agile practices are strong assets.
