• Lead multiple HR projects, ensuring effective project planning and delivery
• Manage risk and resource allocation for project completion
• Create comprehensive project plans, including goals, strategies, and budgets
• Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss project status and updates
• Monitor project budgets and prepare status reports for stakeholders

• Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience, particularly with HR as the customer
• Proven ability to oversee medium to large-scale complex projects
• Strong skills in coordinating project deliverables and statuses
• Experience in risk monitoring and control throughout project durations
• Ability to work independently and set priorities effectively

• 2+ years of experience working within human resources
• PMP or other project management certification
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Experience in preparing and managing project budgets
• Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
