Halo is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Master (Item) Data Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize item-level data across our systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information, which supports various business operations including purchasing, merchandising, logistics, and e-commerce.

** We are looking for someone comfortable working remotely the schedule of Monday to Friday from 12PM to 8PM ET**

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create, update and maintain item master data within ERP, PIM and/or inventory systems
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple platforms and departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ie: Merchandising, Supply Chain, Program Account Management)
• Manage SKU lifecycle from setup to obsolescence
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies promptly
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices
• Support process improvements related to data quality and workflow automation
• Support batch sku upload processes
