What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead multiple HR projects, ensuring effective project planning and delivery
- Manage risk and resource allocation for project completion
- Create comprehensive project plans, including goals, strategies, and budgets

- Monitor project budgets and prepare status reports for stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience, particularly with HR as the customer
- Proven ability to oversee medium to large-scale complex projects
- Strong skills in coordinating project deliverables and statuses
- Experience in risk monitoring and control throughout project durations
- Ability to work independently and set priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience working within human resources
- PMP or other project management certification
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience in preparing and managing project budgets
- Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
