What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Prepare, send, and track billing to payors (TMHP, private payors, etc.)
  • Post payments and reconcile accounts receivable
  • Resolve denied/returned claims with corrections and resubmissions
  • Maintain accounts receivable aging and rejection reports
  • Communicate directly with payors to ensure reimbursement

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Associate degree preferred
  • 5+ years of billing experience, preferably in a home health or clinical setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Dedication to accuracy and quality
  • 2+ years of Home Health Claims Collections experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • 2+ years of experience with HCHB
  • 2+ years of MS Office experience (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
