Candidates must have at least 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Please do not apply without this experience.
The role requires owning results in a contingency-based practice by tracking case progress and settlements, and being capable of handling a full litigation practice independently.
Location flexibility : Candidates can work remotely anywhere in Ontario, with some travel to Toronto and Ottawa. Options include 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements.
