What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical support via phone, email, and web to patients and healthcare professionals
- Deliver counselling and adherence support to patients as per pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements
- Manage call queues and retrieve voice messages in accordance with established policies
- Report adverse drug reactions within specified timelines and perform financial means testing for patients
- Coordinate patient services and assist in administrative tasks related to patient care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree or equivalent active healthcare practitioner designation (e.g., nurse, pharmacist, pharmacy technician)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, or call center environments
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Strong knowledge of health insurance, pharmacy transactions, and claims review
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in specialty pharmacy or patient assistance programs
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven ability to establish rapport with patients and healthcare professionals over the phone
