Job summary
A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an Amazon Connect Senior Engineer in Canada, preferably Toronto, for a contract role. The ideal candidate will engineer complex contact center applications, possess strong skills in AWS and Amazon Connect, and collaborate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading CCaaS development, API integrations, and optimizing client solutions.
