A leading food service company in Montreal is seeking a Cook responsible for preparing cooked foods in a high-volume setting. The Cook will follow recipes, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least one year of cooking experience and knowledge of food safety practices. Bilingualism in English and French is required due to the bilingual environment. This role demands physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
The Cook is responsible for preparing cooked foods, and must be able to perform all station functions of Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and cooking eggs; communicating ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and servers as necessary; providing the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position.
