A Day in the Life at The Mobile Shop as a Wireless Store Manager
  • Leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Engaging customers in sales activities as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Providing ongoing training, coaching and development to Wireless Sales Representatives to improve skills, product knowledge and customer service abilities.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensuring the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing inventory levels and implementing strategies to minimize shrinkage and optimize turnover.
  • Managing product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Adhering to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs, and financial performance.
  • Ad-hoc duties and tasks as required.
