A leading technology solutions company in Toronto is seeking a Sustainability Program Manager to develop and implement supplier sustainability programs and broader supply chain sustainability strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 4–6 years of experience in sustainability, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in relevant frameworks. This 12-16 month contract offers the chance to significantly impact sustainability initiatives within a dynamic environment.
Work requires application of in-depth knowledge in a specific area of sustainability. Works on complex, high value tasks where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Incumbents have decision-making authority and autonomy to deliver on assigned goals. Unusual problems are solved jointly with manager. May lead a work group or manage direct reports consisting of technical and support staff. The ideal employee will have a proven track record in sustainability program management, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis within a complex supply chain environment.
