What You'll Do :
- Prepare and send quotes to customers via Salesforce.
- Process orders and invoices accurately and promptly.
- Support the Account Manager and other sales staff with their daily tasks.
- Support perpetual cloud licenses and ensure a smooth transition for customers.
- Assist with support ticket escalations and follow up with customers until resolution.
- Act as an out-of-office backup for the Senior Account Manager and other sales staff.
- Coordinate with departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications :
- 1–2 years of customer / partner-facing experience.
- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role in a SaaS company.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SaaS products, services, and industry trends.
