Job summary
A leading restaurant in Delta is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage staff performance. Education

Job Duties:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff
- Plan, manage and evaluate the operation of a restaurant and food service
- Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance
- Determine and develop customer service, and implement operational procedures
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Provide customer service and resolve customer’s complaints and concerns
- Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices
- Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
