Overview

EVR Fine Homes is a full-service general contracting firm that is a fusion of west coast lifestyle, architectural excellence and quality craftsmanship, in a business honed over three decades in Whistler. We are trusted builders in a world-class mountain town renowned for its residential architecture.

We are currently hiring carpenters on a full-time, year-round, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks including, but not limited to:

• Read, interpret and implement blueprints, drawings and plans to accurately layout, measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials and construct high end luxury residential homes.
• Forming, framing, siding, installing windows and doors, drywalling and finishing to the highest quality standards.
• Work along side various sub trades, apprentices and labourers and provide direction to junior team members.
• Be required to maintain a clean, safe and organized job site and adhere to all health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years experience in carpentry, primarily on high end luxury residential buildings.
• Proficient in using all standard construction tools and equipment.

Additional information

• Wage offered: $37/hr. Annual review with potential increases based on performance and competency.
