Responsibilities
  • Assess, test, repair, and service products to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain customer relationships by addressing technical questions.
  • Consult and train customers on how to work efficiently with Kärcher products.
  • Document collected data from work using the CRM‑System.
  • Support lead generation of new orders while assessing customer equipment.
  • Manage inventory of vehicle stock.
  • Represent and promote Kärcher products in a professional manner.
  • Perform duties in accordance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Technician with commercial cleaning equipment, appliances, or similar equipment.
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office or Google Suite, CRM, SAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced with problem solving, analytical thinking, and methodical approach.
  • Customer‑centric mindset.
  • Strong problem solver, analytical thinker, and methodical.
  • Highly motivated who works well in both a team and independently.
  • Willingness to travel.
