We are hiring an Associate Marketing Manager to champion Quaker’s innovation agenda. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager – Innovation (Frito & Quaker) and will work closely with the Quaker brand teams and sales strategy to deliver a winning pipeline grounded in consumer insight. A change leader and influencer, this person has responsibilities critical to driving short and long-term growth across the Quaker portfolio. This individual will gain critical experiences leading multi-year innovation projects across ‘refresh’ and ‘breakthrough’ opportunities, spanning across several product categories that Quaker operates in.

• Champion development of the strategic innovation pipeline for Quaker, demonstrating consumer-centricity and aligning with key business targets to win in the marketplace
• Collaborate with brand marketing, sales strategy, insights, R&D and Quaker Global teams/BU’s to identify pipeline opportunities
• Act as an owner to lead the successful commercialization of the innovation as the prime mover (through ILT, Cornerstone)
• Lead the creation of key selling tools for innovation launches to drive excitement and ensure strong customer & field sell-in
• Lead post gaming and the annual business review on the Quaker innovation portfolio

• Must have a University Degree in Business/Commerce or Marketing
• 2+ years’ experience in marketing (i.e. brand, shopper, channel or innovation)
• Proven leadership capability with cross-functional teams and agency partners
• Strong analytical skills, taking data to insights in order to deliver fact-based recommendations
• Smart innovator who seeks out creative ideas, solutions, and best practices to get better results
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
